How Spermidine Helps Your Cells Clean House

Most longevity conversations start with what we should add to the body: more antioxidants, more vitamins, more energy. Spermidine works the other way around. Its job is to help the body take out the trash.

That sounds unglamorous, but cellular housekeeping is one of the most consistent themes in modern aging research. It is this mechanism, well described in the scientific literature, that has made spermidine one of the most closely studied compounds in longevity research. 


Where It Fits Alongside Fasting and Exercise

Spermidine is often described as a caloric restriction mimetic, which raises a fair question: if you already fast or exercise, do you still need it?
